Which countries do you support?For right now, we are solely supporting the US market.

How does periodic fulfillment work?Once a quote is accepted, we will work with you to determine the correct schedule for fulfillment - i.e. number of units per time period. For example, 240 units over 1 year at 20 per month. We understand (and hope) that your sales grow faster than planned, so you can increase the numbers as sales improve - e.g. 40 per month for 6 months. We also understand that sometimes the market takes longer to develop - in which case simply let us know and we will adjust. The minimum number of units per month is 10. For products that need to be updated/changed during the fulfillment period, we will work with you. Due to the wide variance of what these changes may entail we will work with you on your unique needs.

How do shipping costs work?We will provide shipping cost details in the quote. We service customers with parts that vary from delivery in a padded envelope, to a double walled heavy-duty box with excessive weight.

What file types are supported for uploads?We prefer file uploads to be in an archive. For example, a compressed folder (.zip) or .tar. We can also accept .pdf files. If you have a specific need, please contact us directly.

Is there a size limit for my part?The maximum is 356mm x 191mm x 337mm (14in x 7.5in x 13.25in). This will vary somewhat depending on the necessary workholding/fixtures that are required.

What materials are supported?Aluminum (multiple alloys), Steel/Stainless, Copper, Brass.

What are your tolerances?Our standard tolerance is +/-.005" for parts less than 12". As Machined finish 125Ra or better. For tighter tolerances or finishes, please specify on plans or contact us directly.
